Very Important Reminder!
Hey folks! I am reminding you that I will be in Colorado all next week at the 1st Annual Warrior Games. This event is a great opportunity for Wounded Warriors across our military services to compete in a Paralympic competition. I will try to post pictures and video clips to the website and Facebook for those that are interested in following this event.
Coaches Lynn and Britt will be running the gym next week and I ask you to give them your 100% effort in every workout just as you do with me.
