<li><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #000000;"> Sprinkle liberally with Parmesan cheese on both sides.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #000000;"> Place a  pinch of minced garlic and 1 teaspoon butter in the center of each  breast.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #000000;"> Cover each breast with a layer of prosciutto and  mozzarella cheese.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #000000;"> Reserve some of the prosciutto to place on  top of the chicken.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #000000;"> Roll up each chicken breast, and secure  with toothpicks.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #000000;"> In a 9&#215;13 inch baking dish, combine white wine and olive oil.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #000000;"> Arrange chicken rolls in dish.</span></span></span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="color: #000000;"> Place a small piece of  prosciutto on top of each roll, and sprinkle with pepper.</span></span></span></li>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">Almost on a daily basis, I need to remind my Athletes and Fighters to breathe. Sound funny? It might, if you aren&#8217;t exerting yourself to the nth degree. If you are giving 100% to your squats or burpees? How about if your training partner is putting the body triangle on you? What about in the middle of a 5 minute round of knees on the bag?</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">For many people, breathing seems to be the hardest part of exercise to grasp.  While proper breathing is very important, it doesn’t have to be complicated or confusing.  The most important thing to remember when it comes to breathing is <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">DON’T</span></strong> hold your breath.  Holding your breath can lead to elevated blood pressure during your workout routine, which can result in dizziness or even fainting.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"> Here’s an easy way to make sure you’re breathing correctly while you workout…</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;"> Exhale on exertion.  That means breathe out while you’re lifting the weight and breathe in while you lower the weight under control.  For example, if you’re performing the kettlebell swing, you should exhale as you lift the weight upwards above you and open your hips, then inhale as you lower it back down. </span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">Another example is that of striking. You should exhale as your strike and inhale upon covering. If you are being hit, exhale forcefully upon impact.</span></p>
<p><span style="color: #000000;">By following these simple breathing techniques, you’ll not only perform each exercise more effectively, you’ll also be more comfortable while you’re working out.  And that makes for a more enjoyable fitness experience, which will ultimately lead to better, faster results.</span></p>

<p><span style="color: #000000;">1 plum tomato coarsely chopped</span></p>

<p>I was training my son in Standing Grappling and Ground fighting just a few days ago and my youngest said, &#8220;It&#8217;s too hard, can you show me something else that is easier?&#8221; Of course, I gave him a hard time about it and continued to drill and drill. Later on, I sat him down and shared some of my life experiences where having a &#8220;Don&#8217;t give up&#8221; mental attitude literally saved my life. So, I thought that this thread might make a good blog post. Let me know what you think. I look forward to your comments and tweets.</p>

<p>How many times do we tell students “don’t give up”, but do we practice this mindset ourselves?  When a challenge comes along and we don’t get it the first time, we should keep trying for at least one hundred times.</p>

<p>Think how successful we would be if we always did things one hundred times before we even thought about giving up.  If this was put into our life at work, home and in martial arts, think of the things we could achieve.  we might not even get there after one hundred times but think how much better we would be than just giving it one chance and then saying “l can’t do it”.</p>

<p>The human quality of perseverance is very important. Often people with physical talent fail because they lack perseverance and motivation, they should instead be like the proverbial boulder and just know we can achieve whatever we want, as long as we keep taking action and learning we can only go forwards and progress.</p>
<p>Repetition is the mother of all skills.  To do a technique once and expect it to work for us is not true in the slightest.  To really understand the technique and its concepts we have to do it until the line of familiarity and the root movement is in our subconscious.  It can be done anytime anywhere without even thinking about it.</p>

<p>Think how many times we do a jab in our training more than say a difficult kick, the jab is repeated far more times as the difficult kick will work in a real situation.  It’s repeated time after time so that it will work for us in situations and we become very comfortable throwing it.</p>

<p>When we have developed all of our combative skill sets ensuring that we adhere to the six attributes then our techniques will become technically sound and we will develop our tactical or strategic skills to become an excellent martial artist.</p>
